1. What are Center's hours of operation?
6:30 am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. We are closed on public holidays.

2. What licensing has the center obtained?
We are licensed and inspected by the state of Minnesota.

3. What are center's policies regarding tuition fees?
GNCC is a non-profit organization which operates primarily on the tuition fees from each child.Therefore, it is essential that your fees be paid promptly and regularly. All fees must be paid for the days and hours your child is registered to attend.
Late fees are charged at $15.00 per family for every 15 minutes or portion thereof.

4. What is payment schedule?
Child care tuition is paid for two weeks in advance. Tuition is due every other Monday (see payment calendar.)

5. What is the general ratio of child to staff at GNCC?
Infant care
MN rules limit 1 care provider for 4 infants. At GNCC we like to keep this to 1 care provider every 2 infants, which at times do go up to 3 infants. We are licensed for 12 infants at any given time, which we try to limit to 8 although at times it does go up to 10 for short periods of time.

6. Is the staff qualified?
All our teachers and associate have degrees in Early childhood development and have to undergo additional training every year to keep them updated. Our criterion for selection:
Lead teacher - minimum of an associate degree in child care; preferably 4 year degree and minimum of 2000 hours as associate teacher.
Associate teacher - preferably associate degree in child care; must have 12 credits of child care.

7. Is the staff experienced?
Average staff tenure at our center is about 10.5 years. Some of our senior staff members have been with us for more than 25 years now. One of our goals is to pursue excellence through an experienced, well trained, professional staff.

8. What ranges of activities are available to the children?
At GNCC we believe childrens learn best when they are involved in an activity which they enjoy and have fun. Keeping this in mind we have designed variety of fun and challenging activities which are age appropriate to their developement and educational needs. 9. What are the center's emergency procedures?
We follow the state of Minnesota emergency protocol by notifying the immediate families and also broadcasting it on local News channels.

10.What is the meal and snack schedule? Who provides the food? What types of foods are served?
Parents can check out the schedule for every-day breakfast and lunch menus by going to Ages link and selecting the age appropriate daily schedule. GNCC provides the food. The food served is part of the food program and meets USDA requirements.
